EXPANSION: Activities
▪Coordinate shoe shipments from Samaritan’s Feet or other partners
▪Transport to CHOCU’s regional warehouse or distribution center
▪Maintain inventory control, sorting by age, size, and gender

▪Partner with primary schools and community leaders in rural villages
▪Mobilize CHOCU staff and trained volunteers for events
▪Measure feet, match sizes, and ensure proper fitting
▪Offer each child a new or gently-used pair of shoes
▪Capture impact data: names, photos, testimonies, attendance records

▪Teach children basic foot hygiene and general cleanliness
▪Distribute soap or hygiene leaflets
